Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

International
We ship to most countries.
Singapore
Delivery time: 5–10 business days
Shipping Fee: RM9.90 – RM99.90

Other Countries
Delivery time: 5–10 business days
Shipping Fee: RM9.90 – RM99.90

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable).
Untracked shipping options will not include tracking details.

Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by their country’s customs office.

Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
